Description of Work:

1. Demolish existing garden tub, vanity, tops, light, medicine cabinet, glass shower door and flooring
   complete.
2. Scrape popcorn and prep ceiling for texture. Apply texture to entire bathroom and toilet room ceiling
   complete.
3. Provide and install new double sink vanity (white shaker) cabinets with a tower cabinet between the
   two (2) sinks. Replace light fixtures above new vanity
4. Provide and install new quartz top at vanity location with undermount sinks (quartz color to be
   selected from existing stock materials available)
5. Provide and install free standing soaker tub
6. Relocate existing tub fixture to back of wall
7. Provide and install wainscot porcelain tile on wall surfaces that surround new tub location (total of
   three walls). As discussed, we can either wrap the floor tile up the walls behind the tub with an accent
   band or another design of your choosing
8. Provide and install custom frameless 3/8” glass shower door enclosure.
9. Prep floor area and install porcelain plank tile floor
10. Remove and replace toilet room door with a plantation style door.
11. Provide shelving unit in toilet room area
12. Patch, prep and paint all walls in bathroom area complete with two (2) coats of Sherwin-Williams
    paint (color T.B.D.).
