Licensed General Contractor

Having led some of the most demanding construction projects in Florida, including hospitals and medical facilities, Mark knows how to build things right. As a Jacksonville native, Mark saw the need for higher standards and simpler processes for homeowners in Jacksonville and decided to do something about it.

Mark has successfully taken his unique skill set and commercial management style to the residential market. This level of professionalism sets American Home Remodel & Restorations apart from its competitors. As a certified general contractor, Mark directly meets with homeowners and directs the day-to-day operations of every project to bring their vision to life.

Mark earned a degree in Architectural and Building Engineering from the University of North Florida in 1992 and has more than 30 years of combined commercial and residential construction experience.

When he’s not working on a job-site, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, his dog LJ, traveling, being on the water and cheering for his Jacksonville Jaguars.

Craig Bass

Craig helps to manage the day-to-day operations of American Home Remodel & Restorations, helping ensure the level of quality we demand. Craig has more than 20 years experience in construction, including residential and large commercial work.

When he’s not working, Craig loves to spend time with his daughter, son-in-law and their two children, as well as his three dogs.
