Description of Work:

1. Demolish existing countertops and plastic laminate backsplash. Furthermore, we will demolish the  “raised area” of the countertop behind the kitchen sink to make it all on one level.
2. Provide and install quartz countertops throughout kitchen layout including existing island with an  approximate 4-inch overhang. Quartz material included is either “Taupe White” or “Zurich” color  selection.  
3. Provide and install kitchen farm sink style and color T.B.D. by owner.  
4. Provide and install and increase the size of the sink in the island to a 20-inch undermount sink.  
5. Patch and repair all walls behind existing plastic laminate backsplash.  
6. Provide and install decorative porcelain backsplashes in kitchen area.  
7. Patch and repair all walls kitchen walls ready to accept paint. 
8. Paint entire new kitchen space with (2) coats of Sherwin-Williams paint (color T.B.D.).
