Description of Work:

1. Provide engineering and all shoring necessary to remove a section of a load bearing wall approximately (16) sixteen lineal feet.

2. Demolish approximately (16) sixteen lineal feet of existing wall and doorway framing that separate the kitchen from the living area.

3. Provide and install a structural beam to support and carry the load of structure above.

4. Relocate existing electric switches on wall to be removed.

5. Add (2) two L.E.D. recessed can lights in kitchen area and swap out remaining can lights to L.E.D.

6. Touch up knock down texture on ceiling and paint entire kitchen ceiling.

7. Patch and repair all drywall in affected areas and paint to match existing.

8. Tooth- in (owner provided) wood flooring in affected area where wall is to be removed.
