Description of Work:
1. Demolish existing garden tub, vanity, tops, light, medicine cabinet, pre-fabricated shower pan, tile surround and flooring complete.
2. Provide and install new double sink vanity (white shaker) cabinets with a tower cabinet between the two (2) sinks. Replace light fixtures above new vanity;
3. Provide and install new quartz top at vanity location with undermount sinks (quartz color to be selected from existing stock materials available).
4. Build out tub/shower in depth to approximately four inches from closet doorway making the entire area a wet area.
5. Construct new shower pan with a 2-inch curb along the front of the shower area approximately 48 inches long. Install moisture resistant cement tile backerboard on all wall surfaces and on floor area where tub is to be placed.
6. Provide and install two (2) small niches in shower wall as space allows.
7. Provide and install one (1) shower bench/ledge approximately 48 inches long.
8. Provide and install porcelain tile with one (1) vertical or horizontal decorative porcelain tile band on back wall of shower (final tile color and design to be coordinated with owner).
9. Provide and install 3/8” thick frameless shower glass 80 inches tall to sit upon the 48-inch curb.
10. Provide and install free standing soaker tub.
11. Relocate existing tub fixture to come up out of the floor.
12. Provide and install porcelain tile on wall surfaces and ceiling surfaces that surround tub and shower location.
13. Install moisture resistant backerboard on remaining floor surface outside wet area. Install porcelain plank tile floor.
14. Remove and replace exhaust fan, replace recessed can lights with L.E.D.’s.
15. Patch, prep and paint all walls in bathroom area complete with two (2) coats of Sherwin-Williams paint (color T.B.D.).
