Description of Work:

1. Demolish existing master shower, shower surround walls, floors, cabinets, top, and mirror.

2. Provide and install new pre-fabricated vanity with double sinks and top.

3. Provide and install moisture resistant cement tile backerboard at locations to receive porcelain tile. Provide and install new sloped shower pan and curb.

4. Provide and install new shower bench seat. Bench seat to be extended beyond shower pan approximately 14 inches.

5. Provide and install new backing for existing horizontal grab bar and for new 18-inch vertical grab bar at entrance of shower enclosure.

6. Provide and install new porcelain tile at (3) three shower walls. Shower floor to receive porcelain matte flooring. Shower walls to be incorporating either one (1) decorative band of vertical tile on one wall or Horizontal Band on three walls and (1) one recessed niche. Shower mixing valve to be replaced (original shower head and shower handle to be re-used).

7. Provide and install new 3/8” inch thick glass custom barn door style shower enclosure (finish T.B.D). New shower enclosure to encapsulate new extended bench seat.

8. Provide and install new porcelain tile on bathroom floor.

9. Patch, prep and paint all walls in master bath. Walls to be painted with (2) two coats of Sherwin Williams paint (color T.B.D).
