Description of Work:

1. Demolish existing floors, toilet, cabinets, all soffits, tub, tub surround, shower, lights, mirrors and  columns on ½ walls (medicine cabinets to remain in place).  
2. Removal of soffits will require areas to be patched with drywall.  
3. Replace existing soffit lights with new vanity lights.  
4. Provide and install new electrical boxes for new vanity lights. Re-wiring of electrical for new vanity  lights will be required.
5. Provide and install new light switches. Light switches to be placed on dimmers. 
6. Provide and install new recessed light above tub.  
7. Provide and install new recessed light in shower.  
8. Replace existing tub with new porcelain tub. 
9. Reduce height of shower curb (approximately 2 to 3 inches).  
10. Provide and install new sloped shower pan.  
11. Provide and install new backing at tub and shower for future grab bars.  
12. Provide and install new moisture resistant cement backer board on all shower walls and ceiling. 
13. Provide and install new moisture resistant cement backer board on tub walls. 
14. Provide and install new porcelain tile at shower walls, floor and ceiling. (incorporating one (1)  decorative band of vertical tile on one wall or one horizontal band on all walls and one (1) recessed  niche.
15. Provide and install new porcelain tile at new tub surround. The height of tile on new tub surround  to be approximately 42”-inches in height.
16. Prepare floor for new porcelain tile.  
17. Provide and install new porcelain bathroom floor tile. 
18. Provide and install new 3/8” inch thick glass custom shower door.  
19. Provide and install new hand-held shower wand.
20. Provide and install new high-rise toilet and associated plumbing
21. Provide and install (1) one new 46-inch single sink prefabricated vanity without top and (1) one new 63”-inch single sink prefabricated vanity without top.
22. We will try and re-use existing master tops. American Home Remodeling and Restoration will not  accept any responsibility for any damage done to tops during removal.  
23. Provide and install all necessary plumbing and plumbing fixtures for prefabricated vanities.  
24. Scrape, patch and prepare ceiling to accept new knock down finish.  
25. Patch, prep and paint walls and ceiling in master bath. All walls and ceiling to receive (2) two coats  of Sherwin Williams paint (Color T.B.D.).
