Description of Work:

1. Demolish existing, shower walls, shower door, mirrors, shower soffit, garden tub, tub surround, window, vanities, tops, vanity lights, medicine cabinets and flooring. Shower soffit will be removed from76-inches and above to ceiling.

2. Demolish angled walls at left and right of master bathroom entry way. We will square up the two angled walls with framing and drywall. This will expand current vanity spaces approximately 16-inches on both sides of bathroom for larger vanities.

3. Demolish wall that separates shower from garden tub completely.

4. Provide and install new arched IG (insulated glass) bathroom window with no mullions.

5. We will have to chip out concrete where existing garden tub was. Tub back wall and right wall will become shower walls. This will create new larger shower foot-print. We will need to chip out concrete in existing shower to move sanitary to middle of new larger shower foot-print.

6. We will provide and install new 76-inch-high wall at front of new shower foot-print leaving current shower entry way. Shower wall to left of shower entry will be lowered to a 76-inch height. No shower door. No shower ceiling. The new shower will be left open to ceiling to allow light to come thru bathroom window.

7. Provide and install new slopped shower pan.

8. Provide and install new moisture resistant cement board at all new shower walls. The tops of each new 76-inch height shower walls will receive moisture resistant cement board and tile.

9. Provide and install new shower bench seat (location T.B.D.).

10. Provide and install (2) two new shower niches in wall, locations T.B.D.

11. Provide and install new porcelain tile on all shower walls and shower floor incorporating either a decorative waterfall band on one wall or one decorative band on all walls.

12. Provide and install (2) two new shower heads and handles complete. Shower head height T.B.D. Shower head locations T.B.D.

13. Prep bathroom floor area ready to accept new porcelain tile.

14. Provide and install porcelain tile on floor.

15. Provide and install two new 60-inch pre-fabricated vanities.

16. Provide and install new quartz tops for vanities

17. Remove and re-seat existing master toilet after tile is installed.

18. Provide and install (2) two new vanity lights.

19. Existing light over demolished garden-tub will be retro-fit with new LED light.

20. Existing medicine cabinet cutouts to be drywall patched, sanded and painted.

21. Scrape, patch and prep all master bath ceilings in bathroom ready to accept new flat finish. Master bathroom ceilings will be skimmed and sanded to create new flat finish.

22. Prep all walls and ceilings in bathroom area complete two accept two (2) coats of Sherwin-Williams paint (color T.B.D.).
