Description of Work:

1. Demolish all existing, shower walls, knee wall, floors and ceiling tile, glass shower door and glass panel, mirrors, vanity, vanity lights, and all bathroom flooring including the closet.

2. We will have to chip out concrete of the existing to prepare for a roll in shower.

3. Provide and install new slopped shower pan.

4. Provide and install new moisture resistant cement board at all new shower walls and apply a liquid applied membrane to the walls of the shower.

5. Provide and install (2) two new corner shower shelves, locations T.B.D.

6. Provide and install necessary wood backing for installation of (2) two A.D.A. approved grab bars. Install (1) one 36” and (1) one 24” grab bars inside shower. Final location T.B.D.

7. Provide and install new porcelain tile on all shower walls and shower floor incorporating either a decorative waterfall band on one wall or one decorative band on all walls.

8. Provide and install (1) two new shower head complete. Shower head height T.B.D. Shower head locations T.B.D.

9. Relocate shower valve assembly, final location T.B.D.

10. Provide, prep and install bathroom floor and closet area with new porcelain tile.

11. Provide and install two new 62-inch pre-fabricated vanity with tower cabinet.

12. Remove and replace existing master toilet after tile is installed with a A.D.A. height toilet.

13. Demolish existing bath doorway and reframe and widen to (30”) thirty inches.

14. Widen closet entrance approximately 96”) inches or as much as possible.

15. Provide and install (1) new vanity light.

16. Existing light in shower will be retro-fit with new LED light.

17. Relocate electrical outlet to inside vanity tower cabinet.

18. Relocate light switches where wall is being widened.

19. Provide and install new glass shower (will try and increase the width of the shower door itself) and custom glass panel.

20. Prep all walls and ceilings in bathroom area complete two accept two (2) coats of Sherwin-Williams paint (color T.B.D.).

21. An allowance of $500.00 is included to rework the inside of the closet if necessary.
